SAES Pure Gas has developed leading technologies in all area of ultra-high gas purification. Point-of-Use purifiers are designed for use at the tool, while larger flowrates for bulk gas can be serviced by our Area and House Gas purifiers.
Heated Getter Purification. Our MonoTorr® series purifiers offer removal of more impurities than our ambient  temperature purifiers do and come with user-friendly options like lifetime status and warning indicators. These units remove methane (CH4) and nitrogen (N2), in addition to H2O, O2, CO, CO2.
Ambient Temperature Purification. Our MicroTorr series purifiers operate without heat and are small enough to install "at the tool". These purifiers are being used by SAES customers around the world to overcome purity challenges of all kinds. Removal of H2O, O2, CO, CO2 and others to less than 1 ppb is possible for many gases.
Area and House Gas purifiers are meant for those processes which require much high demands such as high flow rates and extended life, as well as automated functions which limit the hands on maintenance required of some other systems.
